For interest athletes, dryland training begins September 13th and is again free to team members. As in the past, on hill training with Ausblick will kick-off with Christmas Camp and regular practices will be held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The website is currently being populated with the most current information on race dates, training projects, and helpful guidelines. Please check back periodically as there will be many additions and changes over the next several weeks as things get finalized.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WITH REGARD TO THE 2020-2021 SEASON:
Late Fee/Registration Cut Off: In recent years, there has been a growing number of late registrations which create staffing, planning and logistical changes. The COVID-19 situation has added an additional level of complexity. To help encourgage earlier registration, a late fee in the amount of $100 will be assessed on all registrations after November 1, 2020. The late fee will increase to $200 for registrations afte December 1, 2020. Registration will close on December 15, 2020. The late fee, if applicable, will be automatically added to your invoice due upon checkout.
Refund Policy: The Board of Directors continues to actively monitor developments related to COVID-19 including impacts it may have on our ski racing season. As of today, we are planning on a normal season with regular training and MWAR, USSA and FIS races. While we are that a significant change in circumstances may warrant a refund of all or some of the annual registration fees, there are myriad of scenarios that could play out and we are not able to finalize a definitive refund policy until we fully understand the options and impacts of any signficant change in circumstances.
Thanksgiving Camp: While we are still waiting to launch Thanksgiving Camp registration, all athletes attending Thanksgiving Camp must be registered with the race team prior to training.
Finally, we are grateful to have several organizations sponsor our team this year to help defray the costs of training for all ski team members. We strongly encourage everyone to thank the various representatives of these organizations for their generosity.
Please contact Dave Varhol at email@example.com or (262) 442-2642 with any questions regarding registration.
